Good afternoon!

First I would like to apologize for the tardiness of getting this email out. We have lots of new and exciting things we are preparing for and are still getting the hang of some thing’s technology wise. I thank you for your understanding.

This Thursday will be our Regular Monthly Executive Committee Business Meeting. The location will be at the VFW Post 4139, 128 Daley Rd, Lapeer, MI 48446. The meeting will be held at 7 P.M. Sharp! I hope to have the agenda and minutes sent out before the meeting to executive committee members, and we will have some printed for the meeting. If there is something you'd like on the agenda, please let me know as soon as possible. This month we will be focusing on getting our committees up and running, some special appointments, and giving some updates on the future of the LCRP. It is imperative that our executive committee members are in attendance. Also keep in mind that the VFW serves food before and during our meeting. Please consider supporting the VFW and local veterans by choosing to get a bite to eat there.

This Thursday the Lapeer Library Board will be meeting at 5:30 P.M. at the Lapeer Center Building. Anyone that can attend, please do! It is important that we express our concerns to the Library Board. Please keep in mind that our Executive Committee Meeting will still commence at 7 P.M.

This Saturday at 8 A.M. at the Deerfield Inn, we will be having a men’s Prayer breakfast. (See attached flier) Men, come on out, support a local restaurant, and have a time of prayer and fellowship!

Please make sure that you check out all the attached fliers! The annual Lapeer County Republican Party Lincoln Day Dinner is right around the corner! Get your tickets, purchase an ad, donate a basket, or all three! We are looking forward to starting this year off on the right foot!
