Public Notice: Review of Request to Amend Roundhouse Renewable Energy, LLC?s Permit DEQ/ISC 18-13

Notice is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Division received an amendment request on November 2, 2022, from Roundhouse Renewable Energy, LLC (Permittee) regarding?a modification to this permit related to the Roundhouse Wind Energy Project as follows:


* The Permittee is requesting that Phase II of the Project be placed under the entity Roundhouse Renewable Energy II, LLC.? Roundhouse Renewable Energy, LLC and Roundhouse Renewable Energy II, LLC are wholly owned indirect subsidiaries of NextEra Energy Resources.

Pursuant to Condition #11 of their permit, the Administrator is providing public notice of the requested amendment to permit DEQ/ISC 18-13. ?The Division will accept public comment until 5:00 PM on April 12, 2023.? This matter will appear before the Industrial Siting Council, virtually, on April 20, 2023 beginning at 2pm MST.? The public may review a copy of the proposed amendment at the office of the Industrial Siting Division in Cheyenne, WY or online at:
