Real-Time Text: The Next Generation TTY

TDI would like to invite you to join us for our webinar: Real-Time Text: The Next Generation TTY on March 15th, 2023 from 1 - 2 pm ET.

During this 60 minute webinar, TDI has invited three key individuals in the development of Real-Time Text (RTT), Richard Ray, Donna Platt, and Toni Dunne, to discuss RTT and the future of text communication technology. They will cover the Regulatory Overview of 911 and RTT, clarify what RTT is and how it is different from TTY, necessary technical requirements for RTT capability, and how you can help!

This knowledge benefits students, families, and postsecondary settings as it focuses on strengthening communication through digital technology. People can uitlize this technology to connect with family members, friends, employers, and coworkers. Join us to learn how this knowledge can better support postsecondary experiences.

The webinar is moderated by Mark Seeger, and facilitated by Genelle Sanders, Ph.D., both of TDI. There will be time for Q&A.
