Donald Trump is in Davenport today to talk about education, friend – like he knows anything about it.

Donald Trump’s idea of education leadership was to appoint Betsy DeVos to lead the Department of Education, a billionaire who used her position to prioritize private schools over public school students.

This isn’t the last time Trump will be in Iowa. He and other GOP presidential candidates are going to be racing to out-MAGA each other with ideas that will hurt everyday Iowa parents, students, and seniors. We need a strong Iowa Democratic Party to ensure all Iowans understand how harmful these Republicans’ policies will be.
