Hello John,

It's been another busy few weeks in Parliament. The Liberal government refuses to call a public inquiry into allegations of election interference by the People's Republic of China, and are continuing to target hunters and sportshooters rather than address the root causes of crime.

Below are some of the issues I've been working on over the past week:
Trudeau Must Call a Public Inquiry Into Election Interference

Top-secret documents reveal that the Beijing Communist Party helped support Liberal candidates in the last 2 elections.

Yet the Liberal government as not made a single arrest.

After weeks of Conservative pressure, Justin Trudeau says he will have a secret committee investigate.

That isn't good enough. Canadians deserve a public inquiry that will reveal exactly what the Prime Minister knew and when.

Liberals Target Olympic Sportshooters

New rules under Bill C-21, the Liberal hunting rifle ban, will severely restrict the ability of sportshooters to participate and practice their sport.

Mrs. Linda Kiejko, a Canadian Olympian, appeared at committee to discuss the bill's impact on her sport and the possibility of exemptions that will allow it to continue. But Liberals made it clear they want her sport eliminated.

Conservatives are proud of all our Olympic athletes and we will never stop fighting for them.

#KillBillC11

Bill C-11 will let the government dictate to streaming services, social media, and search engines what content to show you.

Canadians can decide for themselves what they want to stream and share.

That freedom to watch and create is what has allowed so many Canadian creators to thrive online and spread their content around the world. That's why 40,000 of them have said they don't want this bill to pass.

I stand with Canadian creators against C-11.

Committee Report on Russia Released

Last Monday my study on Canada's emergency preparedness in response to Russian aggression ([link removed]) was tabled in the House of Commons.

A year ago when Vladimir Putin began using nuclear war rhetoric, I was determined to ensure the Public Safety and National Security Committee invited security experts to review the Canada's defence capabilities across the threat environment.

Through a collaborative effort, all parties agreed to produce a report with policy recommendations for government that will help ensure Canada's national security.
