Hi John,

How did you celebrate Abortion Provider Appreciation Week?? We loved seeing need after need fulfilled on our Adopt-a-Clinic wishlists- y’all really showed OUT! Along with our besties at Northland Family Planning, Reclaim, and Whole Woman’s Health, we spent some extra time evangelizing about direct clinic support at Sarah Silverman shows across the midwest!

Of course, maybe we could have gotten even more lists filled if TikTok hadn’t BANNED OUR ACCOUNT. For what, you ask? Showing the world how violent anti-abortion extremists were when using their LADDER as a battering ram. Is this like the old ‘if a tree falls in the woods’ thought experiment; if we get banned for showing violence inflicted on us, did the violence even happen?? We may never know the answer, but on the bright side, we’re up and running with a new account, @abortionfront - give it a follow while you still can!

Remember the excitement of Kansas, Michigan, and other states last year who took abortion directly to the voters? Lawmakers in Ohio realized that the majority of Ohioans (and Americans, for that matter) do not support banning abortion and want to vote on it and said, “Let them vote!” SYKE! Y’all know they’re trying to make it even harder by raising the threshold from 50% to 60% of votes needed to amend the state constitution specifically to stop an abortion initiative and our friends at Ohioans for Reproductive Freedom. So I guess just fuck the will of the people then??

I guess all of this news means that there will be plenty of opportunities to get involved, and we have just the place for you to look- check out our Activist Calendar to find them!
