Hi John, Recently, I spoke with a supporter who has been in touch with me for about a year. They support everything that I believe in, everything our campaign stands for, including my background in sex work. But they refuse to give to our campaign. Why? Because they’re afraid to put their name on our donor list and risk any kickback for being associated with such a controversial candidate. John, I’ve risked it all to be involved in politics. I left my stable job and put my whole life story out there in the public eye for scrutiny and judgement. I’m putting some of my own resources into this campaign, which is pushing off my personal plans for paying off student loans, buying a house, having children, etc. I’m doing this for our movement because I believe a better world is possible.
