From the beginning of her campaign to working with her in the halls of
Congress, I've proudly supported Summer Lee and the people-powered
movement she inspires.

That's why I’m reaching out to you today to let you know that the first
Federal Election Commission fundraising deadline of 2023 is coming up at
the end of this month.

FEC deadlines are important because they publicly show how much a
candidate has raised, and in the campaign world, that's how people
determine the strength of your supporter base and chance of being
re-elected.

Super PACs spent obscene amounts of money to try and stop Summer last
cycle, so we need to make sure that we start off March strong. [ [link removed] ]Will you

Now, more than ever, we need progressive elected leaders to pass bold,
meaningful legislation in Congress that will truly help working folks and
their families — including a Green New Deal, Medicare for All, the PRO
Act, and more. Summer is that leader.

John, Summer is already hard
at work for progressive change, but this is more than just a two-year job.
In order to keep Summer at work for her constituents she needs the
resources to advance on-the-ground organizing, fight back against GOP
attacks, and continue building this movement.

This month is critical to laying out our plans for the rest of the year,
