We need to take steps to hold the Chinese Communist Party accountable for failing to be transparent about COVID and its origins. 

Holding them accountable means imposing sanctions on any scientist affiliated with the CCP. Once in place, sanctions should remain in effect until an international investigation into the Wuhan Institute of Virology is launched and concluded, and the findings are transparent.
