March 10, 2023 - 20004-161-ET-23 (Record No. 17257) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Public Service Commission of Wyoming's (Commission) Rules and Regulations, notice is hereby given of the Application of Montana-Dakota Utilities Company (MDU or the Company) for authority to revise avoided costs applicable under its Parallel Generation Rate 57 Tariff (Rate 57), as more fully described below.


March 10, 2023 - 30026-67-GM-22 (Record No. 17188) - This matter is before the Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) upon the Application of Black Hills Wyoming Gas, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy (BHWG or the Company), for authority to decrease the Revenue Adjustment Mechanism (RAM) rate by $0.0058 per therm for all customers. The Commission, having considered the Application, its files regarding BHWG, applicable Wyoming utility law, and otherwise being fully advised in the premises, FINDS and CONCLUDES:
