Being in politics these days can be tough.

The GOP wants to see us defeated and downtrodden in the face of their majority, but we refuse to give in to hopelessness. It’s important we find joy together as we continue working towards progress and against their hate.

So at the House Democratic issues conference, we took it to a whole new level. With my brother Maxwell Frost on the drums we brought down the house with our rendition of Wu-Tang’s Triumph (and shoutout AOC for getting it on camera!)
