John - we have seen the partisanship and division in Washington on full
display this week during the Senate impeachment trial.

 

Since I left Congress in 2001, I’ve seen America drifting into unbelievable
partisanship and it’s affecting our ability to address so many vital issues and
high priorities that could receive bipartisan support. While we’re seeing
partisanship reflected today with the impeachment trial, this climate has
profound negative implications for our nation.

 

It is my mission to continue being a leading voice calling for each of us to
do what we can to embrace the power of positive change from the ground up. It
really is up to us to fix America.
