Team:

FIRST : The far-right majority on the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade , stripping tens of millions of Americans of the fundamental right to make their own decisions about their reproductive health care.

THEN : Extremist legislators in states across the country pounced at the opportunity to ban abortion. In less than a year since Roe fell, 13 states now have active abortion bans on the books.

NOW : 10 states remain where we could use ballot measure campaigns to strike down bans and restore our reproductive freedom, including the protections we once had under Roe .

The states are the new battlefield in the fight to protect abortion access, and voters in five states last year proved that the best way to fight back against these attacks on our reproductive rights is through ballot campaigns – including campaigns we supported in Michigan and Vermont.

As we gear up for the fights to come in 2023, we’re going to need your support to ensure we can continue our success. Will you make a donation to support our work to secure reproductive freedom through ballot measures? [[link removed]]
