Congress Makes Move To Legalize Suppressors

If a majority of Senate Republicans get their way, the gun devices commonly known as “silencers” would be available to the general public. U.S. Sen. Mike Crapo (R-ID) and 26 Senate Republicans have introduced the “Hearing Protection Act,” which would repeal outdated federal regulations that all but outlaw the use of suppressors, by reclassifying them as regular firearms.

Homeowner Shoots Burglar Who Shot His Dog During Home Invasion

On Wednesday a man in El Paso, Texas, shot a burglar who had broken into his home and shot his dog during a daylight home invasion. The incident occurred at around 9 a.m. on Wednesday, with police reporting that the armed burglar forced his way into a home with three occupants and a dog.
