Fellow Democrats,

Thanks to dedicated activists like you, Illinois, and our entire country, have made great progress towards a society that works for everyone. As we continue to take strides forward towards a more perfect union, the right has resorted to extremism in order to force us backwards.

You may only hear about the most blatant forms of extremism spewed out by far-right figureheads like Donald Trump, Ron DeSantis, or Marjorie Taylor Greene. But, fellow Democrats, right-wing extremists are at the doorstep of our local offices, schools, libraries, and communities here in Illinois. With over 6,000 offices statewide on the ballot on April 4th, the IDCCA and our County Chairs are on the front lines fighting back against these extremists.

Extremists only have one goal: to take our entire society backwards to a less equitable, less fair, and much less just world. Progress is on the line, and it is up to us to keep our nation moving forward.

We need to stop them from sneaking into office and using local government to spread that agenda. With the election just weeks away, we need you on our team, fellow Democrats.
