A federal court has struck down a key part of the Affordable Care Act — creating uncertainty in the health care system and a pathway for a full repeal, friends.

If this lawsuit brought by Republican AGs succeeds in dismantling the ACA, 130 million Americans with pre-existing conditions will lose critical protections. Insurers will no longer have to cover people up to age 26 under their parents’ plans. And millions of families will lose access to lifesaving care. These aren’t just statistics – people’s lives are at stake.
