A federal court has struck down a key part of the Affordable Care Act -- creating uncertainty in the health care system and a pathway for a full repeal, .

If this lawsuit brought by Republican AGs succeeds in dismantling the ACA, 130 million Americans with pre-existing conditions will lose critical protections. Insurers will no longer have to cover people up to age 26 under their parents' plans. And millions of families will lose access to lifesaving care. These aren't just statistics - people's lives are at stake.

We need to take action right now to fight back against Republican attacks on our health care - and that starts with defeating the Republican AGs who don't hold our values and who brought this dangerous lawsuit. We have a unique opportunity to do that: The Republican AGs in Indiana, Missouri, Utah, and West Virginia leading this lawsuit are all up for reelection in 2020, but we won't beat them without your support. That's why we've set a goal to have 500 donors chip in by midnight to replace these Republicans with Democratic AGs but we're still 218 donors short of our goal.

My parents came to this country and worked hard to provide opportunities for me and my three sisters. I understand the sacrifices people make to help their families thrive, but Republicans are doing everything they can to jeopardize that dream. Their attack on affordable health care is an attack on millions of hard-working Americans.
