** Americans United for Life Board of Directors Announce Leadership Transition ([link removed])
------------------------------------------------------------
As the Board of Directors for Americans United for Life, we are reaching out to you as someone who has invested in our organization. We appreciate your service and contribution to the mission of AUL, and we want you to know about a transition with our recent President & CEO, Catherine Glenn Foster. She has resigned from her leadership at AUL for personal reasons. Our Board wishes the best for Catherine and her family.
As we begin our search process for a new executive leader, Kevin Tordoff ([link removed]) has stepped into the role of Interim President. Kevin has served AUL for four years with his current role being Chief Strategy Officer. We know that Kevin’s steady leadership will guide AUL through this time of transition. AUL has a depth of legal experience and policy leadership in the pro-life movement. We are enthused to press forward on the American Life Initiative ([link removed]) and our other vital legal strategies. We will continue steadfastly in our mission ([link removed]) to strive for the day when all are welcomed throughout life and protected in law.
Jay Cunningham, Chair, on behalf of the Americans United for Life Board of Directors

** Historically, women were considered the “second victim” of abortion under the law. Many states explicitly stated such, and many more explicitly stated the woman could not be an accomplice to her abortion.
