This week, some folks on cable news tried to claim Josh Hawley didn’t
actually show us he was a fraud and a coward on January 6th. So let’s get
this straight, John.

Josh Hawley didn’t just run away from the Capitol. He ran away from the
same people he raised his fist and claimed to be fighting for just hours
earlier.

As a U.S. Marine, I took an oath to defend our democracy — just like Josh
Hawley when he was sworn into the U.S. Senate. But unlike him, I didn’t
break mine.
