What would you do if your brother was murdered and the investigation to find his killer was mishandled?

What would you do if no one would give you answers you sought about justice for his death?

What our client Mr. DePina did was show up at a press conference where he knew the leftist District Attorney Rachel Rollins -- the one who had mishandled his brother’s murder investigation -- was speaking...

...and asked her questions from the crowd to get attention on his brother’s case.

And instead of getting answers...

...three days later the leftist District Attorney filed a CRIMINAL COMPLAINT against Mr. DePina accusing him of attorney intimidation.

A charge that carries a sentence of up to 10 years!

That’s why we’re suing, not only the leftist District Attorney who brought the bogus charges, but also her crony District Attorney pal who went along and agreed to file their bogus case.

Our suit charges:

Malicious prosecution. Abuse of process. Violation of Free Speech. And the reckless infliction of emotional distress.

Radical activist D.A.s think they can get away with silencing anyone who speaks out against them.

But when we win this landmark case, every single radical left prosecutor will take notice.

We the people have constitutional rights and we are willing to fight to protect them!

Make no mistake, winning won’t be easy.

These radicals who intimidate, bully, and silence everyday citizens are going to come at us with everything they’ve got to protect their unchecked power.

On his own, Mr. DePina would never have the resources to fight a battle like this.
