Dear John, I want to tell you about Montrell Jackson, a new Florida voter whom we helped last month. I met Montrell while canvassing in Downtown Orlando. His voting rights were recently restored by Florida’s Amendment 4 – but ID remained a barrier.
When I told him that VoteRiders could cover the cost of his driver’s license, Montrell’s face lit up. A few weeks later, I met him at the Downtown Orlando DMV and helped get his driver’s license reinstated. | |
