• Title IX "reform" -The Biden administration wants to change Title IX to be used as an anti-free-speech weapon by bureaucrats and higher education officials. Under the proposed rule, students could be forced to use gender pronouns they disagree with. While this issue lies in the hands of the Department of Education, Congress can still weigh in on Title IX through the Congressional review process.

• Bias Reporting Systems - Bias reporting systems (BRSs) unfairly target conservative students - and anyone else who does not follow the leftist ideology of bureaucrats and higher education officials.

• Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) programs - Despite their name, DEI programs, which cost millions each year, enforce a hyper-political agenda that can worsen divisions on campus, including the outrageous targeting of Jewish students.
