Um... Yeah, kinda?
Not in the literal sense. Rural America is expansive and that's one of the many reasons we love it. But, this concept that Democrats are as scarce as a needle in a haystack out here is FALSE!
ROCC proves there are great Democratic organizers in every corner, every community of rural America. Covering the turf is not a problem, we just need better organization, so we need the ROCC!
However, in the figurative sense, too many silos are a major roadblock in achieving the organizing infrastructure that we need to win on the issues we care about.
We are of course talking about the "silos" between our various organizations that partition us from communicating with one another.
One might argue that there are simply too many organizations. But we would counter that argument: we need the small, local organizations because only genuine local leaders know their communities and can effectively lead on the issues that matter to them. Top-down consulting never works.
We simply need to break down these "silos" so that we can benefit from one another's experiences, skills, ideas, and the labor of our efforts. That's why ROCC is engineered from the ground up on the principle of empowering local leaders and coordinating the most effective grassroots mobilization efforts into national strategies.

, will you help break down these "silos" so that Democrats have the organizing infrastructure we need to turn the tides in rural America?
