John,

This is disturbing to the core – absolute evil.

A state legislature is about to vote on a depraved bill that could legalize infanticide up to 28 days AFTER birth. We're taking urgent action TODAY.

By intentionally using the word "perinatal," which has a vastly different medical meaning than "prenatal" (before birth), these kinds of bills could prevent even an investigation where a living child was allowed to die between one and four weeks AFTER birth. That's infanticide.

We know the abortion industry worships at the altar of abortion. We saw New York enact its live-birth abortion law, and we heard the former governor of Virginia discuss how in a late-term abortion the "infant would be kept comfortable" on the table while the decision is made whether to let the child live or die. But we've NEVER seen anything this evil.

We've just presented direct testimony before two state legislatures against barbaric bills that would allow abortion through birth and possibly even infanticide.

As we testify to SAVE BABIES' LIVES right now, we face a daunting challenge. We urgently need your Tax-Deductible support. Have your gift DOUBLED through our Matching Challenge. $5 becomes $10; $20 becomes $40.

We're directly engaged in at least 11 cases nationwide to defend life and defeat Planned Parenthood. And our deadlines are looming to present testimony in other states that are trying to drastically expand abortion through birth. Take urgent action with us.
