[1]NNU - Medicare for All!
The pandemic showed us how vulnerable we all are when health care is tied
to employment.
Even Ke Huy Quan, the Oscar-nominated actor, revealed that he lost his
health insurance in 2021, during an ongoing pandemic. [ [link removed] ]Ahead of the
Oscars this weekend, watch Quan tell his story here and share our tweet to

nominee — every year,
millions of Americans worry about their health care coverage while
insurance companies continue to soak-up billions of dollars.
Passing Medicare for All and enacting single-payer health care would
greatly reduce health disparities, effectively control costs, and assure
that everyone is guaranteed an excellent standard of care.
No one should have to worry if they’re going to have health care coverage
next year — not an Oscar-nominated actor, and not you.
But for-profit insurance companies have spent millions of lobbying dollars
to kill Medicare for All legislation, and they’re not slowing down.

in the fight for health care justice.
