We want to know:

Were you taught about these Pennsylvania women in history class?

Crystal Bird Fauset: The first Black woman elected to a state legislature in the country, representing Philadelphia's 18th District in 1938.

Lucretia Mott: A founder of the Philadelphia Female Anti-Slavery Society in 1833 and organizer of the famous Seneca Falls Convention in New York.

Nellie Bly: A pioneer of investigative journalism and one of the most accomplished women in the history of American journalism.

March is Women's History Month! And this year, we're celebrating Pennsylvania women changemakers, earth shakers, and glass ceiling breakers in history. We aren't free until we're ALL free. So join Dwight in recommitting to the fight for justice and equality for all.
