How do you practice feminism in your daily life? Let us know!

Hi John,

Have you ever wondered: how can one person make a difference?

The truth is, no act of feminism is too insignificant to influence those around us. From challenging harmful stereotypes to championing strong female role models, it is everyday acts of feminism that move us closer towards equality.

We’d love for you to get involved by submitting your act of #EverydayFeminism on our campaign page. How do you practice feminism in your daily life?

Here are some submissions we received this week:

"My husband and I decided to share parental leave when we found out we were having a baby. It was a first for both the organisations we worked for but it was our way of showing that caring for our child was a joint responsibility." - Disha, UK

"I tell my daughter that she can do anything she wants in this world." - Anonymous, Nepal.

"My #EverydayFeminism is to be more conscious of where I’m spending- trying to support more woman-owned brands and avoid those that run on the exploitation of women in the Global South." - Katie, UK.

The truth is we all hold power. Let’s use it to bring about transformative change for future generations of women and girls.
