This week, if it pleases Allah, we'll continue our exploration of Study Guide 20: Closing The Gap, which The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan gifted to us on Saviours' Day 23 years ago. This week we will continue discussing the questions found in Part I. Let's utilize the next 2 weeks to discuss questions 1 and 2.
- When, where and how (by what means or method) did you first come in contact with the Teachings of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad? (Example: meeting, audio or video tape, book, someone you met who was a registered Muslim).
- What was it that appealed to you in what you saw, heard, read or encountered? What personal need (s) or desires (s) did the message address?
a. In the months or years that have passed since your first encounter, how would you describe your actual experience in or with the Nation of Islam? Have your expectations been met? If not, why not?
