Join us for our 20th anniversary at this year’s Red Gala (with a roaring 20s theme!) and celebrate the children we've been able to reach together. Let’s come together to make sure children affected by trafficking know that people care. That they’re not forgotten. And that tomorrow can bring change.
We'll be hosting two galas this year: one in Texas, and the other in Connecticut! Join us for the Houston Gala on April 29th at The Lone Star Flight Museum, and in Connecticut for the May 13th gala at The Loading Dock in Stamford.

Support an event where glitz meets good! By sponsoring Love146 Red Galas, you are bringing hope and essential solutions to children impacted by trafficking.
Love146 has been working for 20 years in Prevention Education and Survivor Care – and through this, supporters have enabled Love146 to reached over 70,000 children. We built this work by listening to children, communities, and survivors — and we’ve never stopped learning. Child trafficking is a real problem, and we’re not satisfied to accept that it’s just a part of life. We’re working to see a generation where every child is free from trafficking.

Right now, your contributions are being matched, dollar for dollar! Your gift brings critical support to survivors of child trafficking, and helps prevent the exploitation of more children. From March 1st to March 31st, 2023 donations up to $14,000 are being matched (for a total of $28,000 raised) by our friends at Export Solutions. Your donation sends a powerful message to survivors: that you are in solidarity with them in the work to end child trafficking.

The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children launched a new tool for survivors of online child sexual abuse: Take It Down. The platform allows users to submit a request for help to remove nude, partially nude, or sexually explicit photos and videos depicting a child under 18 years old from the surfaces of participating electronic service providers.

Recently, we asked children in our Survivor Care program what message they would like to share with others in the world. This child’s response was simple and moving:
"Don't be afraid anymore."
These words embody the courage and resilience that survivors in our programs demonstrate every day, as they work to overcome and build a brighter future.

Marlena King, Love146 Survivor Care Employment & Education Manager, recently reflected on her work to end child trafficking. She shared,
"Mistakes are a natural part of being human. We work with survivors of child trafficking. Their journey to recovery isn’t easy and it certainly isn’t perfect. It comes with many obstacles and bumps in the road.
But after over 20 years of doing this work, we’ve seen the radical difference that it makes when a child knows someone believes in them, and they don’t have to walk alone."
