THEN → The American Bar Association voted to SUPPORT a binding code of ethics for Supreme Court justices.

After Justice Clarence Thomas’ wife, Ginni Thomas, was exposed for her role in Trump’s Big Lie and close ties to anti-abortion rights groups, the impartiality of the Court was called into question. But the American people deserve to feel confident in the Court!

That’s why it's critical that the Supreme Court has a binding code of ethics, so that justices are held accountable for any potential conflicts of interest.
