NOW, that crisis has migrated North and is overwhelming our Northern border. Here’s what’s unfolding up here:

• Illegal border crossings increased by 846%
• Drug smuggling has increased by 596%
• Last year, there were 109,535 border encounters, an almost 15x increase. 

Border Patrol staffing has not increased since 2009
