I’ll be honest, I don’t watch a lot of FOX News (I know, not shocking…). But all this news about Tucker Carlson genuinely is frightening.

First, Kevin McCarthy handed over all the January 6th footage to Tucker, and then unsurprisingly he did a segment on how “peaceful” the insurrectionists were. As someone who was in the Capitol on January 6th, I can guarantee you this was not the case. It’s incredibly dangerous to tell millions of FOX viewers this lie.

But it doesn’t end there! This week we found out that Tucker admitted he knew Trump’s election lies were false even while he pushed the Big Lie on the air.

Look, I wish I could say I’m surprised by Tucker Carlson’s hypocrisy. I’m not, and I bet you aren’t either. However what really kills me is - will there be any consequences? At what point are we going to say you can’t lie to millions of people and undermine our democracy?
