John, The American Veterans Center is preparing a massive Thank
you card to share with veterans across the country. We'll be sharing this card and the personal notes of support with veterans of conflicts from
World War II up to today. Will you please sign this special note of thanks and add a personal note to an American
hero today?
According to the U.S. Census Bureau's most
recent study, there are about 16.5 million veterans in the United States and majority of these veterans are over the age of 75. Each day we are
losing more than 1,000 veterans a day. Sadly, many of our heroes don't have much time left. |

of the past and service members of the future meet to share their stories. |
Those heroes put their lives on the line to preserve our freedom at home. The least we can do now is make
sure they know their service and sacrifice to our nation has not been -- and will never be -- forgotten.
We have set a goal of 75,000 signatures for this special Thank You card in the next 72 hours. Will you add your name to it now? |
The American Veterans Center is proud to do more than
any other organization to preserve, document, and guard the legacy of our nation's heroes. It is our honor to be trusted by thousands of
veterans, from World War II to Iraq and Afghanistan.
We work day-in and day-out to ensure that these veterans are honored for their sacrifice and never forgotten. Our
annual conference and National Memorial Day Parade have become American institutions where we honor the lives of heroic veterans, both past and
present. |

With the partnership of friends like you, AVC is
documenting, preserving, and honoring the stories of courageous veterans like: -
Col. James Harvey - Tuskegee Airmen pilot who flew on the team that won the military's first 'Top
Gun' contest in 1949. The first African American jet fighter pilot to fly in the Korean War.
- Vincent Speranza - the 101st Airborne paratrooper who gained acclaim for his famous 'beer run' during the
siege of Bastogne, among his many, many heroic exploits during the war.
-
George Ciampa - Landed on Utah Beach on D-Day, serving with the 607th Graves Registration Company.
Ciampa was tasked with the solemn duty of burying the dead - some 75,000 bodies, friendly and enemy - from June 6, 1944 until the end of the
war.
-
Tom Rice - A paratrooper on D-Day and at Operation Market Garden, he famously jumped into Normandy
to commemorate the 75th anniversary of D-Day.
- Royce Williams - Naval aviator who, in a
mission 70 years ago kept secret for decades, downed four Soviet jets in an encounter during the Korean War.
- And Many More!

Each of these great men has documented his story on film with
us in recent years and joined us for multiple events, including our annual conference where young members of our armed forces can be inspired by their
stories. But please understand:
For every one of these great men whose stories we have been fortunate to preserve and share, there are thousands
more whose stories and legacies the American people have never heard.
We are hard at work connecting with as many as we can and memorializing their experiences for posterity. But as
these veterans advance in years, we must do more to honor them as quickly as possible.
And when the AVC films an interview with one of our heroes, it is always 'future-proofed' - filmed at the highest
quality high definition with professional sound, allowing the story to live on in documentaries and exhibits decades after the veterans are
gone. It's why the National Park Service, Public Television documentaries, Presidential libraries, and many others come to us for video accounts
from our military heroes. Today, I hope you'll join us in doing just that by signing this simple but powerful note of
thanks. |
God Bless America's heroic
veterans! |
