I'm excited to invite you to join me this SUNDAY, March 12, 2023 for a FREE Detox Practice via Zoom. This will be an embodied practice that you can do from your chair, mat, floor, etc. Please bring what you need to be supported (mat, cushion, blanket, tea, water, journal, etc.)
This practice help resource the body, unwind our tension and build the capacity for courage and creativity.
