But the U.S. is one of only 7 countries in the world without some form of universal paid family and medical leave. We’re doing EVERYTHING we can to change that!

A new bipartisan task force of Democrats and Republicans have come together to find a solution that can get enough votes to pass both sides of Congress.

We want to know: Do you support paid family and medical leave?

 

Studies have shown that paid leave helps everyone in families, from improving the development of infants and toddlers to improving the economic security of moms and dads.

It’s also great for business because it increases employee morale and lowers turnover if employees feel fairly compensated and that they can take time off for their families.
