When it comes to addressing the crises of homelessness, addiction, and mental health issues, our communities have lacked comprehensive solutions for too long.
That needs to change, and that’s why I recently re-introduced the Homelessness and Behavioral Health Care Coordination Act as my first bill of the 118th Congress.
This legislation would authorize grants to provide more cohesive, wraparound care that recognizes the connections within these struggles. With streamlined services and fewer barriers, we can make recovery possible for Americans nationwide, reducing relapse. If you agree with me that we must treat these issues with compassion, care, and common sense, would you add your name to show support?
Thank you for supporting this work. I look forward to moving this important legislation through Congress.
