Abortion and democracy are on the ballot in Wisconsin, John. And we’re going all out to elect a pro-choice, pro-democracy judge to the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
Today, we’re excited to announce our endorsement for Janet Protasiewicz for Wisconsin Supreme Court.
If Judge Protasiewicz wins, she’ll be the deciding vote on Wisconsin’s highest court which could rule on a state abortion ban that has been on the books since 1849, and could play a pivotal role in protecting the vote in the 2024 presidential election.
This is a huge opportunity to flip the Wisconsin Supreme Court for the first time in over a decade — but already right-wing MAGA PACs have reserved $3.2 million in TV ads to put a stop to our movement. With less than four weeks until Election Day, will you rush a donation of $10 to fund our massive voter turnout program and build progressive infrastructure in Wisconsin?

The stakes of this race are enormous.
Not only are abortion rights up for grabs, but the Wisconsin Supreme Court could be a deciding factor in the 2024 presidential election — which in the past has issued rulings to benefit Republicans and rolled back voting rights.
In April, Judge Protasiewicz will be up against Daniel Kelly, an anti-abortion election denier who worked with Republicans in 2020 on a fake elector scheme in an attempt to overturn the presidential election.
If he wins, not only will abortion access be completely off the table in Wisconsin, but the fate of democracy for our entire country will be in jeopardy.
Judge Protasiewicz has pledged to protect our freedoms, stop a far-right takeover, and bring integrity back to the courtroom. And from now until Election Day, we’ll be working around the clock to reach voters and ensure they understand the stakes of this race.
After 15 years of a conservative majority on the Wisconsin Supreme Court, we simply can’t afford to sit on the sidelines. This is a historic opportunity — and one of the biggest elections this year, anywhere.
Will you rush a donation to support our organizing in Wisconsin so we can flip the court and protect abortion and voting rights?
