When Hakeem took his oath of office, he did so knowing that he would have to wake up every day ready and willing to fight For The People. That's what he's done and that's what he'll always do.

But every day, the GOP throws a new fight in front of us. Whether they’re attacking our health care system, trying to give tax breaks to giant corporations instead of working families, or using their Senate majority to stall progress.

To make matters worse, we have the most corrupt administration in modern history eroding our democratic values, attacking our institutions, and destroying our democracy before our very eyes — we deserve better.

Hakeem expects these attacks and he's ready for them. But he also wants you to know that no matter the attack, he will always use his voice and platform to improve the lives of everyday Americans and to ensure that no political party or person holds themselves up above the Constitution.

Hakeem is so grateful to have you fighting alongside him. With you by his side, we will get our country moving in the right direction again.
