We just got word, John. The American Action Network -- a far-right group notorious for dumping money to support Republicans in contested races -- just launched an ad campaign in CA-08. John, we need to respond right away and send a message that we have the resources to stand up to heavily-funded groups like the AAN. Will you chip in a donation to our Response Fund to make sure we can go toe-to-toe with this far-right, dark money group? This decision to spend big money in our district tells us that Washington insiders know this is going to be a competitive race.
