John,

Biden’s stealth war on our Christian faith just took a dangerous turn.

The Biden Department of Education is making a major move to strip away First Amendment protections for students at American colleges and universities.

We already know Christians are targeted for vile discrimination and harassment on campus.

Biden’s new regulation would eliminate the commonsense Trump-era rule that limits federal funding for public colleges and universities found to have violated the First Amendment.

Now Biden is claiming the existing protections “are not necessary to protect the First Amendment right to free speech and free exercise of religion.”

We know this is an insidious move to further marginalize and intimidate Christians, and Biden MUST be stopped.

The ACLJ is always ready to defend your rights when they are threatened, and this attack on your First Freedom is no exception.

The ACLJ sprang into action and will soon file a detailed legal rebuttal to the Biden Administration’s deeply flawed reasoning.

Our sister organization, ACLJ Action, has also engaged, with their members submitting over 3,000 comments challenging the new rule.
