A vital hearing date for my RICO lawsuit against Twitter, Jack Dorsey, Facebook, and Mark Zuckerberg was scheduled for tomorrow.

The Big Tech Mafia was scheduled to be heard on their Motion to Dismiss, and the outcome could have been devastating to my case.

But today, the judge cancelled the hearing after my legal team and I filed an amended second complaint with all of the new allegations, proof, and supporting evidence for my lawsuit that has come to light due to the Twitter Hearings in Congress, and the “Twitter Files” data dump.

Twitter and Facebook were caught red-handed colluding with each other, and even with the federal government on a private cloud server to censor and silence conservatives while the Twitter Files released to various reporters by Elon Musk have clearly proven that Jack Dorsey and Mark Zuckerberg have been running criminal organizations for years, with the explicit goal of influencing society and manipulating the outcome of our elections.

So, good news! My case lives on, and my legal team and I will now need to furiously compile every piece of evidence and subpoena every witness we can track down in preparation for a possible trial.
