Here’s what Arizona state Republicans are focused on right now:

• Attacking voting rights by severely restricting vote-by-mail and early voting


• Criminalizing reproductive health care and taking away your bodily autonomy


• Controlling what lessons are taught in our schools and which books are available for our kids to read

As you can see, their priorities list lacks anything that would actually help everyday Arizonans. Instead of focusing on issues that impact our daily lives, they want to divide our communities, cause chaos, and target our rights and freedoms.

I have zero interest in playing political football with the far-right Arizona state Republicans. While they’re busy pandering to the most extreme wing of their party, I’m working to make progress that benefits us all and makes Arizona a better place.
