Regulating the distribution of dangerous disinformation from corrupt media tycoons like Rupert Murdoch must be a serious priority for the next Congress! The American people must be able to trust major publicly available news sources.
Tucker, Ingraham, and Hannity knew they were lying about election fraud. They compromised the integrity of many veterans and they participated in causing the conditions that killed officer Brian Sicknick.
FOX NEWS lies and radical pandering led directly to the attempted coup d’état at the Capitol. Veterans and law enforcement officers died that day.
1 in 7 of those charged for their crimes including seditious conspiracy on January 6th had served in the United States Military. This should send a chill down every American's spine.
There's no excuse for allowing the broadcast of disinformation that radicalizes and divides the American people. We must re-establish the fairness doctrine and pass truth in media standards that hold these moguls accountable to the American people.
“Fox News” is nothing but a corrupt propagandist organization. FOX should never be broadcast on any installation or facility where Americans service members work or reside.
Even the owner of FOX NOISE, Rupert Murdoch, told the network that these hosts’ election lies had “maybe gone too far.”

We need Veterans in Congress that understand the capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities of our military forces.
I fully understand the consequences when Congress is lied too. The results are errantly justified and fiscally driven foreign wars.
I don’t have to tell you, we all saw the consequences of FOX NEWS anchors knowingly spreading false claims of election fraud and the lies of the former President. On January 6th thousands of American Veterans participated in the attempted coup d’état that nearly cost us our Democratic Republic!
My Republican opponent Ken Buck signed the amicus brief questioning the integrity of our elections and has accepted max contributions from PACs that Rupert Murdoch funds.
