Today is International Women’s Day and I’m celebrating by reflecting on the work we did not only to fend off my anti-choice opponent last year, but to ensure Kansans’ rights are protected from the extreme bans we’ve seen in other states.

Now, another potentially harmful case is looming within a Texas federal court. The result could be a nationwide ban on medication abortion.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: No judge or politician has any business making medical decisions that should be left between individuals and their doctors.
