Cori is co-chairing the Caucus on Homelessness.
This month, Cori alongside three of her colleagues in Congress reestablished The Congressional Caucus on Homelessness. Cori actually knows firsthand what it’s like to live unhoused, and her perspective and passion on this issue make her an indispensable advocate in the Caucus. Her experience will be a crucial component to getting impactful policies passed in the House.
We know this country doesn't lack the resources needed to fix this problem — and soon, with Cori’s leadership — Congress won’t lack the political will, either. Will you help us amplify her voice on the housing crisis with a contribution of $5?
The Congressional Caucus on Homelessness will:
- provide a dedicated forum for Members of Congress to work toward the goal of ending the unhoused crisis in this country;
- analyze the layered and complex factors contributing to homelessness;
- educate members on the various federal programs vital to serving our unhoused community members; and importantly,
- advocate for funding for programs and policies necessary to secure housing and life-changing services for the nation’s 580,000 individuals experiencing homelessness in the United States.
Will you make a donation of $5 and help us amplify Cori’s voice on housing insecurity and generate public support for the dignified, people-first solutions to this crisis that our unhoused neighbors deserve?
Chip in $5
Right now, it’s estimated that 580,000 individuals are unhoused in this country. Our policies are failing 580,000 people each and every day — and Congress has a moral responsibility to take real action. The need for housing is universal and Cori’s confident that with a forum to cultivate ideas and drive solutions — we can ultimately solve the housing crisis for everyone.
Thank you,
Cori Bush HQ
