John,

Today, on International Women's Day and this entire month, we celebrate the invaluable contributions of women in the United States and around the world.

We must also recognize that the fight for gender equality is far from over.

This is the first International Women's Day since Roe v. Wade was overturned last year. Women across our nation have grappled with the consequences of an unjust ruling. It was already difficult to obtain reproductive care in many states; now, the women of our country live in a time where control of their bodies is not always their own.

Conservative judges and far-right legislators are working to go even further. We need to act now.

That's why I'm committed to passing the Women's Health Protection Act to ensure the health and autonomy of women in this country who are seeking abortion services are protected.

This International Women's Day, will you stand alongside me and show your support for the Women's Health Protection Act?
