It's hard to believe that just five short years ago, there were NO women representing Pennsylvania in Congress — a century after women in our nation had won the right to vote.
That ended in 2018 when people like you helped make history by electing Susan Wild, Chrissy Houlahan, Mary Gay Scanlon, and Madeleine Dean to Congress. Four years later, Summer Lee joined them in Washington to become the first Black woman ever to represent Pennsylvania in Congress. Republicans continue to try and erase all of that progress, spending millions to distort their records and air baseless attacks.
This Women's History Month, I'm asking you to build on the progress we made in the last three elections and prove to more women that if they step up and run, they'll have our support to fight against a never-ending barrage of Republican smears.

Despite the progress our nation has made since the right to vote was won, women continue to be underpaid, overworked, underrepresented, and harassed in the workplace.
Electing and supporting women who step up and run for Congress is essential to closing the wage gap, ending workplace harassment, stopping violence against women, and more.
