Each year, some applicants mistakenly apply for grants without ensuring they are eligible.
Take note that solicitation eligibility criteria may not cover every entity. For instance, if a solicitation lists "other" as an eligible applicant, it doesn't mean that every other entity not specified is eligible to apply. To confirm your eligibility, closely examine the Eligibility Information section of the solicitation.
