Restore our democracy overturn Citizens United

Dear John,

Nearly $1 billion in dark money has been spent to influence the outcome of our elections since the Supreme Court decided Citizens United v. FEC ten years ago this week.

Powerful special interests, big banks, and giant corporations shouldn't have the same first amendment rights as people. Chris is proud to have been endorsed by End Citizens United because it's time to restore our democracy and overturn Citizens United once and for all.

Chris and his Democratic colleagues in the Senate introduced a constitutional amendment to do just that, but they need your help to build support. Sign the petition today if you support a constitutional amendment to overturn Citizens United.

Our democracy is not for sale, it belongs to all of us no matter how much money we have in our bank account. But the wealthy and powerful are used to getting their way, so they want to keep the status quo in Washington.

That's why it's going to take all of us working together to get dark money out of politics for good, and it starts by adding your name to demand Citizens United be overturned today.

Thank you,

Team Coons
