John, Making Washington, D.C. a state is a dream scenario for Democrats. It would give them two left-wing senators and numerous members of Congress. Giving the Left power to push radical policies like abolishing the filibuster, expanding and packing the Supreme Court, and codifying Roe v. Wade as the law of the land is a doomsday scenario. Just look at the state of our nation’s capital. Homelessness is rampant, drug use is public and abundant, and violent criminals are given a pass. Even Joe Biden stepped in to stop D.C. from enacting a law that would lessen penalties for violent crimes. John, we need your input. Do you believe Washington, D.C., should become the 51st state? |
